About Become
A civic record for Nigeria — built so citizens can see what is decided, who decided it, and what it cost.
Accountability fails when the record is scattered, paywalled, or written to be unreadable. Become puts the civic record in one place and keeps it legible: bills and their sponsors, budgets and their execution rate, police units and the complaints against them, courts and their judgments. Citizens verify their voter card once, then endorse, petition, propose and report under a real identity.
What we track
Representation you can check
Every representative, executive and aspirant on one register — with their record, not their press release.
Money you can follow
Appropriation, revision and actual spend, line by line. The gap between what was budgeted and what was spent is the story.
Force you can question
File an incident, name a unit, follow the case. A public register the Force cannot quietly close.
Courts you can read
Judges, cases and judgments in plain language, so precedent isn't locked behind a law library.
On the platform poll
Endorsements on Become are not a ballot. Real elections are physical, organised by INEC, and recorded separately as official results. What you see here is platform sentiment — who citizens on Become say they would back. We keep the two numbers apart on purpose, and always will.
