The protocol
1. Truthful
Sourced. Attestable. If it can't be verified, it doesn't pass.
2. Kind
Treats its subject as a citizen, not a target. No personal attacks, no slurs.
3. Necessary
Adds a fact, a decision, or a call to action. Otherwise — silence.
Witness protocol: a post reaches the wider feed once 3 citizens vouch for it. Witnesses are public. Vouch sparingly.
