2023 Benue State Governorship Election

Hyacinth Alia (APC) was declared winner of the 18 March 2023 Benue State governorship election with 473,933 votes, ahead of Titus Uba (PDP, 223,913) and Herman Hembe (LP, 41,881). The Court of Appeal dismissed the PDP's appeal on 20 Nov 2023 and the Supreme Court affirmed Hyacinth Alia's victory on 8 Jan 2024.
