2023 Delta State Governorship Election

Sheriff Oborevwori (PDP) was declared winner of the 18 March 2023 Delta State governorship election with 360,234 votes, ahead of Ovie Omo-Agege (APC, 240,229) and Kennedy Kawhariebie Pela (LP, 48,027). The tribunal dismissed the petitions of Ovie Omo-Agege and another candidate on 29 Sep 2023 and the Supreme Court dismissed Omo-Agege's petition on 19 Jan 2024.
