Thomas Ewomazino Joel-Onowakpo, born in 1967, is a chartered accountant who was the first executive chairman of the Delta State Board of Internal Revenue from 2009 to 2015. He was elected senator for Delta South in 2023 on the APC platform and is its 2027 candidate.
