N6.2tn amendment raised it to N35,055.54bn (Budget Office Q4 2024 BIR: "2024 Amended Budget"), passed by the NASS in July 2024. On 23 Dec 2025 the NASS passed the 2024 Appropriation (Repeal and Re-Enactment) Bill at N43.561tn (press; assent date not found). totalRevised = N43.561tn as passed. totalSpent = actual aggregate FGN expenditure N34,494.25bn per Budget Office Q4 2024 BIR (budget column there: N35,055.54bn). Highlights are the amended N35.05tn budget per that BIR. Capital line spent = capital funds released/cash-backed to MDAs as at 30 Jun 2025 per OAGF (BIR Appendix 1); the 2024 capital budget was extended to Dec 2025. The Act PDF is a scan (vector text); per-head figures were read by OCR and kept only where personnel+overhead+capital equals the printed total (flagged otherwise).
